Herbed Salmon

Ingredients:
1 LB of fresh salmon fillet
6 TB of extra virgin olive oil
2 TB of fresh lemon juice
3 TSP of oregano
1 TB of dried basil
1 TSP of salt
2 TSP of fresh ground pepper


Directions: Get out a small mixing bowl and whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Then stir in the oregano, basil, salt and fresh ground pepper. Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour this marinade over the salmon. Place the salmon and the fridge and allow the fish to marinate for about an hour.

As the fish is marinating, you can get some lower abdominal workouts out of the way. When you’re done, take the fish out of the fridge and cook it for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees in a covered pan.
